Returns and Repairs

Glass :

  • Great care is taken to construct and ship items so that they arrive in perfect condition and endure for your enjoyment for many years.  Please read and follow the Glass Care & Hanging Tips for handling and hanging tips and properly securing your piece for display and enjoyment. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to care for their item in the proper fashion and with care necessary for a fragile glass piece. There is no warranty implied or expressed on improper handling after delivery.  However, if your glass item gets broken as a result of falling, please contact me and I would be willing to help find a solution to your satisfaction.

Other Items:

  • Return and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days after receipt of an item and only if an item came damaged and has not been worn. In order to receive a refund/exchange you have to return an item back to us before we will issue a refund or exchange. I cannot do exchange for custom orders. 

Damaged Package:

  • I will typically ship items using USPS unless something comes up and i need to use a different carrier

    Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for any damage occurred during mailing. Because of that all orders are insured for the full amount. If your order arrived damaged you are very welcome to open a claim at USPS website. 

    If you happen to be at home and they try to hand you a completely damaged package please ask them to return to sender and not accept and notify me IMMEDIATElY.
